• Standard stock products – 6-1/2" standard length
• SAE 841-copper (87-90%), carbon, other elements
• Powdered metal bronze providing interconnected reservoirs for oil
• Vacuum impregnated with SAE 20 oil during the manufacturing process (approx. 19% by vol.)
• Self-lubricating – when in motion oil rises to the surface for lubrication and restores itself when at rest
• Ideal for heavy loads at moderate speeds or light loads at high speeds – max Pv 50,000, P-Load 2,000, V-SFM-1,200
• Products made with excess material to finish to stated nominal dimensions
• Effective in temperature range of +10°F to + 175°F with standard oil
• Available in oils for other temperature ranges on a made-to-order basis

Isostatic Century Bronze® Solid Bars

• Standard stock products – 13" standard length
• SAE 660 / CA 932-copper 83%, tin 7%, lead 7%, zinc 3%
• Longer length bar up to 105” available on made-to-order basis
• Non-porous, highly dense grain structure for long life
• Offers good hardness, strength and wear resistance; excellent anti-frictional characteristics
• Tensile strength of 35,000 psi, yield strength of 20,000 psi and brinell hardness of 72
• Ideal for heavy loads at moderate speeds or light loads at high speeds – max Pv 75,000, P-Load 3,000, V-SFM-750
• Effective in temperature range of -450° F to + 450° F
• Products made with excess material to finish to stated nominal dimensions
• Common mfg. specs: ASTM B505, QOC-390B Type III B144-52-3B

• SAE 863-Iron (78-82%), copper (18-22%), other elements (1%)
• Powdered iron bronze providing interconnected reservoirs for oil
• Vacuum impregnated with oil during the manufacturing process (approx. 19% by vol.)
• Self-lubricating – when in motion oil rises to the surface for lubrication and restores itself when at rest
• Ideal for heavy loads at slow speeds – max Pv 35,000, P-Load 4,000, V-SFM-225
• Products made with excess material to finish to stated nominal dimensions
• Effective in temperature range of +10°F to + 175°F with standard oil
• Available in oils for other temperatures ranges on a made-to-order basis
